drastic improvement

i have finally kicked myself into gear and improved.  i walked a few miles (didn’t want to run because i had sharp pain after the first few steps in my knees and ankles) and then i lifted some, did lots of reps with little weight because i took such a long break.  total of about 4 hours of working out today.  nothing too hard, but i kept moving so hopefully i’ll get back into burning up some of this unwanted fat. i can tell i’m strong underneath all of this horrible lard.  thanks for all of your messages everyone, it really helps motivate me.

near failure

i have practically given up.  i’ve hardly exercised, done enough to get my heart rate up but not for more than 20 minutes.  i’m eating horribly. the quantities have improved over the past few days, but not the choices. i guess it’s an unintentional vacation because i’ve just had too much on my mind. i just need someone to kick me in the face and get me into the gym. and hit me hard if i pick up another tootsie roll.  taht broccoli i had for dinner i’m s ure was healthy, but the pasta i had for lunch wasn’t. it’s pasta. it’s bad. today’s the day, or well tonight’s the night. i’m going to work on my body, i want the perfect body.

i’m screwed

so i’ve just been eating like crazy, and not exercising. i’ve just lost motivation, i want to look good but i’m not doing a thing about it.  i think i need to be scared into exercising because my gut is growing. absolutely no motivation. none.

Some improvement

I should be improving faster…. but i’m doing alright.  I’ve increased my pushups, but only slightly.  I’ve definitely focused on my form so that I can work my abs and butt while slowly increasing how many I do daily. What I put in my mouth has also improved, I’ve almost doubled the fruits and veggies, and more than cut the meat in half.  I love pasta too much to eat much meat. Very little added sugar, and minimal salty foods. I haven’t lost weight yet, but I feel healthier and ahve more energy, so the weight should start coming off soon.  I’ve been looking at lots of pictures for inspiration, especially of the other people on this site.  Thanks for everyone’s support.

Keeping it simple

I basically hate the way my body looks.  I am sick of being fat, after 23 years it’s time to do something about it.  I’ll start simple and do as many pushups as i can today.  Tomorrow will be sit up day.  and on Wednesday I will go to the gym and run.  I don’t want bulky muscles just yet, first I need to lose a good 30 lbs of fat.  I do like how the profile can monitor all of your sizes, and so each week I will add a new measurement, and a new blog explaining why i added that one.  This week was weight, and it just helped to reinforce that I need to lose a good 30 lbs of fat to look good.  I’ll keep you all updated on my quest to have the perfect body.
