drastic improvement
i have finally kicked myself into gear and improved. i walked a few miles (didn’t want to run because i had sharp pain after the first few steps in my knees and ankles) and then i lifted some, did lots of reps with little weight because i took such a long break. total of about 4 hours of working out today. nothing too hard, but i kept moving so hopefully i’ll get back into burning up some of this unwanted fat. i can tell i’m strong underneath all of this horrible lard. thanks for all of your messages everyone, it really helps motivate me.
