Keeping it simple
Monday, January 22nd, 2007I basically hate the way my body looks. I am sick of being fat, after 23 years it’s time to do something about it. I’ll start simple and do as many pushups as i can today. Tomorrow will be sit up day. and on Wednesday I will go to the gym and run. I don’t want bulky muscles just yet, first I need to lose a good 30 lbs of fat. I do like how the profile can monitor all of your sizes, and so each week I will add a new measurement, and a new blog explaining why i added that one. This week was weight, and it just helped to reinforce that I need to lose a good 30 lbs of fat to look good. I’ll keep you all updated on my quest to have the perfect body.
