what is so special about steve’s program that you mention it so highly? He is in kansas and how can an onliine porogram help if trainer is not present? Could I not just eat good food and lift and get the same results? Thank you.

Well actually John, Steve is in Kentucky for one. And second, an online program helps because it give you a meal plan and workout that actually works and warrants great results in a short period of time. If you take a look at most personal trainers clients you won’t see half the progress Steve’s clients see I can promise you that. His plans make you kick your own ass, it takes mental strength and determination… but I think that makes it all the more satisfying!

Hey Rockstar! Your progress is simply outstanding! You are certainly an inspiration to me! I just gotta say, the picture of you and your daughter…incredible. She is as beautiful as her mom! I can’t wait to re-deploy…I am going to look into Steve’s plan. I hope to put up my before and after pictures soon…it is freakin’ crazy! Keep kicking your ass and I have no doubt you will reach your goals!

Aren’t children wonderfu?!?!?! Your transformation is great! I’m 5 months from having my 2nd child. The weight doesn’t come off by itself, it takes work and drive, and looks like you have it!!!
Quick question, what, if any, supplements do you use? Currently I am on DREN from MHP. I like it but wondering if there’s something else,

Great job Charlotte! You look amazing and you have every right to be proud. Amaya is amazingly cute. You guys made one cute little girl! Also I have to agree with what you said to someone about having a online trainer. If I had one at my club I would just do a good job during my workouts. But knowing I have to keep myself accountable makes me push that much more and keeps me on track. Otherwise I am only cheating myself! Keep up the great work!
