One month update!
Today marks a month that I have been a member of this wonderful website, a month since I last took a set of progress pictures, and about a month since I started on stevep78’s extreme fat destruction meal plan and workout (which can be found on www.fitnesspoynters.com :)) So, I decided to take a new progress pic so I could compare it with one I had taken a month ago… and this is what I came up with:

AHHH! I was blown away by the changes that have happened to my body in only a months time!! These are they kinds of results that make me push myself even harder! It’s addicting! I really urge anyone looking to transform their body to get in touch with Steve (stevep78) and check out the plans he offers on his website, www.fitnesspoyners.com! I have now embarked on a new journey to become a hottie with a million dollar body! hahaha and I wouldn’t trust anyone but him to help me get there!! I am living proof that what Steve offers works! It would be stupid to not take advantage of something that will change your life forever!

Great job. Steve may have gave you the game plan but you did the hard work. Give youself some credit on such a great change. Keep up the work.

wow!! That is so encouraging, I started with Steve last week. The workouts are so intense, but I love them!! His diet is good too! Glad to see your progress that is fabulous!!

Hi, I am so excited for your progress! I wanted to let you know that I contacted Steve and I am going to begin the program this Monday! I am very determined to get really toned and gain muscle weight! Thanks for the inspiration
