Heya the 3 people who will glance at this!!  How ya doin?! 

Ok, the gym is still the gym, it seems as though I plateaued about 3 months ago, but have since blows that plateau out of the water.  I stopped taking all supplements except my Kre-Alkalyn creatine pills.  Ever since doing this I am gaining strength and size every week.  It’s amazing!  My friends are all joining my gym and wanting to go with me now, its getting kind of annoying.  I’m training my GF, and one of my nephews, with alot of his friends wanting to go with me too.  I guess I should start charging!  But in reality, I’m no personal trainer, and Im still learning everyday.  They all want to do what ever it is I have been doing, which I tell them is nothing but hard work and dedication.  My pics may not be impressive (they are 2 months old now) but if you knew me over a year ago and see me now, you would be amazed.  I am not trying to brag (ok maybe a little)  but I have transformed myself.  I wish I had a good before and after shot. I think my neice has one when we were at the beach about 2 yrs ago.  I never let anyone take pictures of me shirtless then and I think she stole a shot or two while we were there.  If I can find them, Ill post them. 

In my last blog, I spoke about my split training, with one week being heavy, one week being light.  I stopped doing that.  I liked it alot at first, and I think it helped me get over a plateau, but since I started just going with nothing but basic, power, heavy exercises I have put on about 6 lbs in 3 weeks.  I cut out all machines, except for decline bench machine, leg curl, and leg extensions.  For whatever reason my gym doesnt have a decline bench, but they have a nice Hammer machine that does the trick, when I dont use it I use the sit up bench with dumbbells.  Its just a bitch to get in position without a spotter.   Anyway, that’s my curent training…Heavy and Basic…

Back to supplements……..Are most of them nothing but bullshit??  Could someone please tell me what the best and sure proof supplement is?  So far the only one I have loved and seen massive results with is the Kre-Alkalyn Creatine.  I know I sound like a spokeman for them, but seriously, I have cut out everything else.  It’s simple to use, I dont have to load it, and i dont get bloated with it.  So can anyone tell me what is wrong with it?? please?? give me something.  I have had numerous shakes, zma pills, LBA, etc etc.  and all of it seemed to work ok, but the biggest gains I have seen so far, is when I stopped taking all that shit, and jsut started eating like i was the last mofo on earth.  I was eating alot on the supplements but one meal was a shake.  I dont hardly ever make a shake anymore.  I think the last one I had, I drank because I was craving some chocolate milk and didnt have any.  :P  

Ok proofreading this and I realize im jsut rambling, but Ill leave it.  Excuse my english I was a horrible english student.  History is better for me, but that doesnt help me here, now does it.? 

 Adios folks, Ill blog again later!  Tonight is Back night, one of my favs!!  gonna go for 405 deadlift for reps…whew!  hope I dont look like a idiot!! :P    

Gains

Sup guys?!?  I dont update this thing enough, but im think im going to start, just to keep track on gains and such.  My workout partner and I have talked about getting a ledger and jotting down weights and stuff, but I just cant bring myself to do it.  Why?  Because when it comes to anything academic, I’m notoriously lazy. 

Workouts have been getting better and more intense in the past month.  We are working out with two routines right now.  Each day we work the same body parts, but each week we are either going HEAVY or light.  For example.  Week one we do 100 reps with some lighter weight, like 135lbs flat bench.  Get the 100 reps any way you can, 10/10, 4/25, 3/33.  and the week two we are maxing out.  Week three we are back to light, and then week four..go heavy.  We started this a month ago, and the results have been awesome so far.  Even people at work are really noticing, which is a good feeling. 

Last week we maxed out and I got 265lbs on flat bench.  That’s the heaviest I have ever gone!  Not only did I get it once, I went three times.  woohoo.. meaning I could go heavier, and next week I will truly max out.  gonna shoot for 315lbs, but I doubt Ill get it… :P   

Anyway, me and the GF are going awesome, and work is increasingly adding more shit to my plate.  No new supplements for now, still just on the Kre-Alkalyn Creatine, and the random shake for good gesture.  My workout partner is on ‘Muscle Juice’ which he drink with 3 scoops on icecream and milk.  He says he doesnt mind the fat, he thinks he needs it, and he may.  I dont listen to his body, he does.  Im going to see what he thinks after another week of it, and I may get some.  I’ll let ya’ll know if its any good.  If you are on it, comment away and tell me what you think.

p.s. hope you liked the recent pictures, they are kinda shitty, Im trying to track down some pics taken of me at the beach about two years ago.  That would be the best ‘Before’ shot I got to give people an idea of the transformation so far.

About Time!

Well, I have not blogged here since my first one, I am seeing really good results lately, my weight is about the same, but im cutting up.  I have stopped almost every supplement except Krealkalyn Creatine (the ph balanced stuff) and LBA.  The creatine is awesome, and well worth it even for a begginner.  I still make a protein shake at night on days that I dont feel I followed my diet well enough. 

I am really excited because i have alot of friends asking me to train them, and I have no idea how to do that, except to tell them what has worked for me.  None of them can beleive my size and new look.  It has changed everything from my confidence to my attitude to my energy level.  I also have a new Girlfriend who is smokin’ hot, that I am really into, and a year ago a chick like her would have never looked at me twice, now we can’t keep our hands off one another….hehe…  

I posted a couple pics of myself, feel free to comment them.

I’ll also try to update this thing more often, until then….Rock on!

Lets do this!

So i made this thing in July of this year, telling myself I was going to be HOT in 2 months.  Well, as time progressed I realized this was becoming more of a addiction to building then anything.  I started off at 210 lbs, all fat, started lots of cardio and got to 177 (the smallest ive been in years.)  THis felt awesome, but I was lacking in muscle, so I started dieting for gains and muscle, and now I am dieting for bulk.  I have discovered LBA (Liquid Beef Amino)  and in the past 3 weeks have gained 8 lbs of muscle.  I will have before and after pics once I get happy at where I am at, and Ill let everyone see.  UNtil then this is mainly for me, because i doubt anyone will read it :P    BTW, my current weight is 188 and growing, my goal will be 220 of lean hard muscle by next summer, if I can do that Ill be happy.  We’ll see!!!  TTYL
