Do any of your take Nitric Oxide before your pre-judging for the pump or do you just go off natural pump?

I see, so you did not have to take an N.O. Do you think there would be any harm in taking that and did your pump last pretty long and are you pumping up before you go other there each time? Just was wondering, because for me, I will have to go out there like 2 to 4 times. I mean twice for prejudging cause I"m in 2 classes and once for the night show and I guess maybe again for pose down
well im not exactly sure about the mechanism for the pump thru NO but I believe that you would need water for it anyway…and most peopel restrict their water intake right before the show. If anything, it may help with vascularity, but most guys rely on simple sugars for that. Personally I used chocolate. But I don’t think there would be any harm in experimenting with it. If you’re dry then I don’t see it causing any detriment if it doesn’t work, and if it does, then all the better. so there’s really no downside.
I feel what you are saying.. See there is alot of homework when it comes to a show.. Thats what separates the higher placers to the lower placers. I have not thought about incorporating simple sugars for the pump, I did see somewhere, where people are using honey, I might bring some of that along.. My mindset is that, Since N.O helps with vascularity. It can help you look more veiny, should not cause any puffy type look, since that is not the purchase, unless you probably using something with creatine in it, but just N.O basic product…If I had the money I probably would use Enoxide or something by Musclemeds.. I just never heard anything using an N.O before prejudging… and your right, you would need water, but maybe not necessarilly, I mean, only to gulp it down. but once after that point, whatever water that is in your body will probably get used, pumps probably will last longer rather than 10 mins or so… What do you do before prejudging like what you eatting on that morning before you hit the stage.. this goes to dru and whoever else
lol a lot of carbs. the past 2 competitions i was at the top of my weight class so i got worried about making weight. basically though i ate a lot of white rice and chicken, and had rice cakes and peanut butter with me, as well as chocolate. the rice and chicken i would eat every 2 hours or so. After pre-judging I would eat a rice cake with peanut butter every 1/2 hour. then like 30 mins before i hit the stage i would start eating chocolate. One thing a lot of guys did too was eat pancakes with syrup right after weigh-ins. Same concept pretty much, to get the carbs in.

I just went off natural pump personally. Carbing up usually helps with the fullness… at least it’s supposed to.
