rainy day!
My breakfast these days is:
1/2 c. whole oats
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop isopure vanilla protein powder
1 hard boiled egg
2 cups of tea
1 banana
snack: if I eat one is 2 oz of cheddar cheese and a handful of pretzels or cottage cheese and fruit
lunch: salad or whatever is leftover from night before or a turkey sandwhich
snack: yogurt with strawberries and 1 scoop protein powder
dinner: salad or some item I make for dinner
I am so cagey to start running again. Between the broken toe healing and now being pregnant. I feel like a caged animal bound by my own body!
