Getting started . . . . Again
I’ve taken about a four month lay off from the gym. I’ve started a new job in a new city and the ball is about to start rolling again. I just got my gym membership and I have a fairy solid routine that has given me above average results. I’m looking for a few pointers on putting on muscle without sacraficing my lw body fat percentage.

Ur in great shape man. How much cardio do you do and how often?
