Anyone have Ab success??
I do a short ab workout 3x /week. my obliques are coming along but I have a stubborn glazed donut around my belly button. I can suck it in and make it look good but when I breath - there it is. Is this just a diet thing? cuz I do feel some muscle under the squish-yness,. I’ve had 2 babies, but wanna look like a fitness competitor! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I feel your pain. I can lean out, but can’t quite get ripped. I think it’s a cardio/diet issue…

It is indeed a diet thing, you need to measure your BF and then set a target, your abs will show through once you drop that BF that’s hiding them - all you need to know is here @ bb.c!
