Anyone have Ab success??
I do a short ab workout 3x /week. my obliques are coming along but I have a stubborn glazed donut around my belly button. I can suck it in and make it look good but when I breath - there it is. Is this just a diet thing? cuz I do feel some muscle under the squish-yness,. I’ve had 2 babies, but wanna look like a fitness competitor! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
