Weight Loss Blog Day 1 June 29, 2009

I have decided to do a blog for my Weight Loss Transformation.  I hope to enter at least twice a week but if I’m feeling cocky I may blog daily!

Day 1  June 29, 2009

I have lost 6 pounds on the first two weeks of my transformation but I have not started with the weights just yet.  I have only been eating very clean.  I will start working out along with the diet starting today!  I am using a home gym (Bowflex) but I will log in each work out to see what I am doing and how I am improving!!!  (I hope)  I still weigh 224 pounds and body fat of 30%.  I am 6′1 and have a mid. to large frame.  I am looking for a good weight loss stack that will help me but I have very little money to put towards suppliments so I’m not sure that will happen or not.

If you have any words of wisdom and would like to share please do so.  I can use any and all the help I can get.  I really can use the support and inspiration from all of you that have been where I am now and have made a real lifestyle transformation PLEASE email me and let me know anything you can to give me to help!   

Well That is all I have right now so I will sign-off for now.  I will try and add the workout tonight but if I can’t get to it tonight I will ass it in the morning!

Welcome!

Hello everyone,  This is my first bodyblog and I am not sure why I am doing it at all.  I really don’t have anything anyone will wnat to read but I will give this a shot anyway.

I have been on the diet and fitness plan now for two weeks and it has been a very slow start.  The first week I didn’t see any change by way of the scale.  I did have a little more energy but I really wanted to see some weight change.  WELL the second week has now finished and I lost 6 pounds!!!  I am soo ready for that to start happening and I am on top of the world right now.  I am totally stoked and ready to stick to this crazy thing and work even harder to see just how much I can really change my body and lifestyle!  If anyone reads this thing please let me know that I have a little support out there and send me a little note!  Well thats it for now, MORE LATER!
