Back in the Saddle
Ok, before it gets out of control I am making changes, effective today. My diet has gotten a bit loose…time to tighten it up again and knock off the crap. Also I am changing my workout. Rather than separate body part days, I am doing full body workouts, at high reps and low weights and coupling that with HIIT cardio. That ought to shock the system!

Yaaaaay, on your renewed commitment to tightening up the diet, Graham! It’s tough and I’m pretty hungry since cutting out the vodka (imagine that!), but it’s worth it and it really makes all the difference!
Boooooooo!!!!, to your full body workouts. Not because they’re not good for you, just because I hate ‘em! However, I agree, it WILL shock the system.
You are so determined, committed & stubborn, you will accomplish ANYTHING you set your mind to!

Hey Graham…I decided I needed to shock the old bod as well. I’m still doing body parts on a 4 day split with a 5th day of P90X Plyometrics or Core Synergistics. The difference is I’m pyramiding weight (up) for 4 sets in the 6-10 range and then doing a low weight high rep set at a fast pace to burnout!
Talk about a pump at the end…YIKES!
