I know that 80% of what someone looks like, is what they eat… so I need to be eating super clean to attain my goals. Today I tried very hard. Woke up late and did cardio on a empty stomach & all my meals were later than normal. Even when I went to a buffet with my family I stuck with the cleanest food I could find. Heres what I ate:
Meal 1 (11:00am -Post cardio):
*2 slices of Eziekel french toast (made with 3 egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla ext.)
topped with 2 tbsp. free coolwhip and 1/2 c. blueberries and strawberries
*2 slices of all-natural turkey bacon
Meal 2 (2:30pm):
*Cookies n Cream Whey Protein shake
Meal 3 (6:00pm):
*6 oz roasted turkey breast with 1/4 c. whole cranberry sauce
*2 oz red skinned potato wedges
*Mixed green salad with red onions, strawberries, mandarin oranges & rasp. vinaigrette
*Raw broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes
*2 small slices of watermelon, muskmelon & cantaloupe
Meal 4 (9:00pm)
*2/3 c. fat-free cottage cheese
*1/2 c. pineapple
Meal 5 (11:00pm)
*Peanut Butter Cup Protein shake (PRO-Nos Whey Protein powder made with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp. cocoa powder, stevia, skim milk)
