Hi guys!!! Well let me tell yous that Im soooooo very hype!!!! I started a new program and Im very happy with my training and how things are going. I finally got the courage and went to the "guy" section of the weights. I wasnt intimidated by them, I just didnt know how to use the Hack Squat machine, or the seated calf raise. SOOOO I just figured out where it is that they adjusted looking all confident, and I did it!!! yeah me!!! On monday I did Legs, Back, bis, and abs(in that order) and it still wasnt the next day when I was sooo sore at night. I plan on losing around 20 pounds, from here to July 15th(going to florida for a week, and dont want to look tooo flabby around the pool. My sister in law(my husbands sister) came over yesterday and she made me feel bad and pissed off at the same time(dont know if I was pmsing) But she weighed herself and she weighed 163, shes around 5′5 or 5′6, and she doesnt look as "curvy":P as I do ( she has no waist, butt, stick legs and her family seems to carry the weight on their tummys) Yeah so ne ways back to the story, She was so surprised and I guess worried cuz I told her that I weighed 160, Im guess shes thinking OMG I cant believe I look as fat as you! I told why are you so surprised, is it because I look fatter then you, (big mistake!) and she said YES! She hurt my feelings cuz I never expected for her to say it the way she did. But thats alright though cuz it gives me more one more reason to pump it up,and im going to show her whos lookin fat now hehehe.

So I was doing okay the first week, ate clean felt I was doing awesome on my cardio days(really working up a sweat) Then on this past friday my home has no heat! I had to go and stay at my moms. First her home is full of temptation, lots of chips chocolates ice cream bars, personally I dont know how my mom has such strong willpower! But anyway where was I?……Oh yeah theres nothing healthy to snack on.Good thing is she has the basics oatmeal and eggs. So that didnt go so badly, but I missed my gym workout(and I didnt try to workout in the basement either.) then I got home continued eating healthy, but again I didnt go to the gym yesterday and today. To make matters worse today I didnt do so well with my eating.:( I really hate myself for not keeping up with the workouts and clean eating, but no doubt I have gotten up and wiped of my knees and will go to the gym tommorow. Then after I get home I will go out to the supermarket and get some basic healthy food. Tuna, Bananas(taste yummy in my protein shake in the early morning:)) frozen veggies whole grain bread, anything healthy that jumps into my cart. Well Ill be reporting in tommorow on my Workout and nutrition update! I am determined on reaching my dream body. The thing is not give give up and if I fail, I just have to keep trying. BTW pics coming soon! Ohhh I almost forgot I got my book, The eat clean diet book, its probly full of stuff I already know, but theres most likely new stuff I need to know also. The book is written by Tosca Reno.

Well this day was not intentionally meant for a day off, but I didnt get up early to get to the gym in time before DH went to work, and he’ll be gone all day thru the night. So from now on thursdays will be my day off(training wise, nutrition days off will most likely be Mondays or Sundays.) Well i feel so at home on here! I have gotten alot of support here! I love it! It definetely makes you feel more motivated to stick to the program and not let any of your buddys down. Plus you get the extra excitement of putting up your progress pics and stats up. I think this year is definetely the year I make a 360 degree change on my life. After this year I will want to Compete in figure, and if i have enough money for a training coach i will do fitness as well. I feel great, a little hungry at time but since there is no junkie food on sight I just reach for sum baby carrots or a piece of fruit. Heres to more great days. And thanks to all of yous for all of your support, I will cheer yous on as well! by the way I will post up my first progress pic on the first of February, from there I will be posting every 2 weeks;)
