I workout around 4 - 5 pm. It makes more sense that an A.M. workout would have slight advantages over a P.M. workout, seeing that you just ‘recharged’ from sleeping. Sleeping doesn’t magically give your body energy though so you have to consume the correct meal before bed the prior night and first thing in the A.M. to really be advantageous. For the average persons day however I personally feel it has more to do with your diet vs time of day.
Both! Lol!
But if I were to pick one- morning. Gets you energized for the day, less chance for things to "come up" which change your gym plans… and if my evening workout is too late or too big it takes me a while to come down from it to get to sleep.
