am going to my first bodybuilding & fitness contest this weekend and I can’t wait. I have no idea what to expect, I know for sure Arnold won’t be there. We can also bank on the fact that we will see the effects of long hours in the gym and ultimate sacrifice. I’m competitive by nature and I love to see athletes on any level, go for it! I had a coach who was one of the most influential men in my life and he taught me the 4 D’s. "Vincent!" he said. "You have to have desire, determination, discipline and defense". Now that I’m older, I know he stole that one liner from someone but as far as I’m concerned he came up with it… and that makes him a hero. Anyway, enough of the good feel stuff. I hope to have pictures that will inspire and motivate. In the meantime, if your in the Georgia area, drop me an email and check the show out.

She was cute, had a banging body and became my 6th fan. But wait, she was stalking 50,000 other members. Dont feel special no mo…. I felt so good, but wait I have another fan. A guy and all his friends were guys ….didnt feel special no more…lol anyway im up doing my lil 15 min am cardio …maybe ill get some real fans.

Regardless of the reason(s) you are getting into better shape, make sure that you record your fitness history with before and after photo’s. Use those before photo’s to motivate you in continuing to reach your health and fitness goals. Later you may find that the photo’s you take are just what a friend or close relative needs to see to get into better shape. Somebody with a low self body image may think, “My body sucks, why couldn’t I have been born as physically fit as ______ (insert name in blank)”. Having your own before and after shots can help motivate them to realize that they can also improve their own physiques. They don’t just have to sit and feel helpless. They don’t have to be stuck in the same body everyday. Now I’m putting my picture to expose myself. I have nothing to hide and have fitness goals like everyone else. We can go on this journey together, in hopes of being better than we are now.

Now i’ve read books on how this a multi billion dollar industry weight loss,diet and wellness. people are actually buying this crap. eat a cookie and lose weight?! 12 Prisoner Squats
12 Push Ups
Repeat 2x
Run laps 2x
Start => Focus on strength training
Plie Squat with medicine ball press x 12
Plank hand over push up x 12 (this is doing plank on hands, cross hand over to other hand back to middle, do push up, then back to other hand and repeat-TOUGH)
Forward Lunge with medicine ball toe touch x 12
Spiderman Climb x 12
Triceps Overhead with either medicine ball or bands x 12
Repeat this 3x - Rest 1 minute
Focus on Cardio
Medicine Ball swing x 10
Burpees or squat jumps x 10
Jump Lunge x 10
Repeat 4x - Rest 1 minute
Focus on Abs
Bicycle Crunch x 24
Knee outs x 24 (Leaning back on hands, push your feet out and bring back in towards chest w/out touching ground)
Plank hold for 45 seconds
Repeat 3x
STRETCH

it maybe a lewd point and i wont mention it again all im askin is not to see the beaver or camel toe. i know some ladies are lookin for endorsements either from your local guy next door or a major company but all im sayin is do a quarter turn and show some of that sexy thigh and slim waist line as well. a lot of ladies do this well the ass shot in the face is a lil much…good luck with what ever your lookin for though

i am petitioning that the site is changed from bodybuilding.com to ass shots unless you have some straitions to show off come on already…i know im going to get a lot of hate mail…and as a brother i love me some ass but this is not the place for it…a tight bum bum is a good sign of fitness but so are tight arms and legs. but the ass right in front of your face w/o any muscle is just an ass shot! please sign the petition below
