So i can honestly say that i haven’t done great starting this goal, I have been busying with school and work and moved to a new place all during this goal i set out to do, but for this month i have stayed pretty darn close to clean diet and working out atleast 4 times a week. So my results could be much more then they reflect. Anywho i am still on track and looking forward to reaching this goal by may 2.. Looking to add my cardio in from now on to get that extra boost in results.. We’ll see what happens.. Okay i’m off to study and get some good gym time in..

So I have been in the gym a total of twice since i started, Between moving into the new house school and the baby I have not been hitting the gym but i have been eating clean so hopefully i get brownie points for that. We are a little more settled so our routine will start to get to a normal swing. But i have a cheat day so i had some ice cream this morning and for lunch i put a little cheese and low fat mayo on my chicken breast. So today cheat is over and back to maintaining the diet. On a side note got my bodyfat done today and I’m at 24% a little sad but good to see where I stand. Gives me a good number to chopped down. Well back to baby detail..

Well it took a couple of days to get started but i finally got my first workout in and man did i miss that feeling the next day when your chest is sore as hell from all that lactic acid and you can’t stop poking yourself.. Weird maybe, but if your reading this your laughing cause you know exactly what i’m talking about. Can’t wait to start seeing results, my diet has become really easy and with the help and support of my better half it is alot easier to deal with. I’m off and ready to start my journey.

Took all my starting measurements and can’t stop thinking of how did i let myself go? Getting excited about how I’m going to get back into shape. Still gotta get my max’s on the lifting part and getting bodyfat done tomorrow. I’m so use to lift for football and this is gonna be totally different challenge. The hard part is the diet, but I think I can get this done. hard work is never easy right?
