august 28..cpat
I have my cpat testingĀ in about two weeks… so im definetely boosting up on cardio, hit, and sticking harder to my diet… thats where i run into some problems, I drive for work and have little or no time during my shifts to stretch or get some rest… I found that my knees and back take the punishment from the job. I try hard not to think about but when i start running and lifting i can feel the tightness and it takes longer for my body to warm up…Kind of wierd that i get this, i dont complain about since i work with the most unhealthiest group of people… Every friday they order pizza pasta and burgers with soda of course… I feel like the outcast but its good, I always carry my gallon of water, protein shake, and snacks with me… But man it gets tough… today i hit biceps, triceps abs, and cardio, beginning of the week I was having trouble with my cardio, I run my mile and half fine, but once i tried getting faster intervals, my body was aching but, yesterday and today I got this shot of energy to keep going…
