Actually completed this workout to perfection, its a shame I won’t see it again until week 9. I was able to rep out some pullups and used the perfect pushup for all the pushup exercises. The abs disc still is killer on the hip flexors…

Actually started to rep some pull ups, 3 or 4 on my own on each set, pretty excited… working on my way to 8 reps on each set with no help. Definitely need to get some dumbbells for the leg work out… Hip flexors are really sore from the ab work out.

This day is my favorite day so far. No getting sick. I really am going to have to get dumbbells for next time I do this disc; I just really don’t get the full workout using the bands.

Abs got moved today since I skipped out on them yesterday after being sick. Plyometrics was a lot better today than it was in week 1 since I sort of knew what to expect, and I was able to keep up throughout the whole disc.
Kind of upset, last night I was thinking, there are girls that can do more unassited pullups than me… If anyone would like to share the secret to repping pullups, please enlighten me.

Ok I figure as long as I complete every workout that is planned for the week in that week then it won’t matter if I move some things around. Chest & back again and got sick in the middle of the work out again. This is the hardest workout as far as physical demands. Abs are getting move to tomorrow… Tomorrow is plyometrics… Not looking forward to tomorrow…

After today I should be back on track. Since I did back and legs yesterday, I didn’t want to do back and chest today. Kenpo was the replacement, and it was the most fun cardio workout ever.

Finishing off week one of P90 with shoulders and legs and abs. This disc is the hardest for me to do since I suck at pull ups and have two reconstructed knees. With the pull ups I used a stool to help me complete 12 reps on each set and doing negatives on the last two. My goal is to be able to complete 8 reps on every set with no help and/or 25 wide grip pull ups with no help. The legs part wasn’t bad, just hurt the knees, but felt good, and I’m hoping that within time the pain will go away. The abs disc is just as hard as the first day, but I like it. I’m hoping today is the last day I have to make adjustments to the program. One week out of thirteen completed…
