Hard to believe I’ve completed 30 days so far. Plyometrics still remains one of my least favorite and hardest days to complete, but I enjoy the challenge. My legs are extremely sore and prevented me from running. I think I’m gonna shake the idea of doing doubles and stick to orginal.

Very tough day. I wanted to run this morning before class, but didn’t get home until late last night, so hopefully tomorrow. The ab disc is still damn near impossible. The workout was good, chest and shoulders had a major pump at the end.

Still hate this day as much as I did the first time. Kills my knees, and I suck at doing pullups, not sure how they rep out 8-12 each time, I’m getting better though, using the chair less and less and even doing a few with no help.

Kenpo is fun, but I’m not very coordinated when trying to throw 4 move combinations which results at me laughing at myself… also moved abs to today since I didn’t do them yesterday, that workout still absolutely kills my hip flexors… starting to see results though.

Since I took yesterday off I moved all workouts ahead one day. I really need dumbbells for this workout, resistance bands don’t seem to cut it for bicep work outs.
