so i havent been lifting much the past few months and staring today im not stopping for hopefully along logn time but i ned some motivation to kep pushing myself!!

it had parvo and would have died but we got him under medecine for another week and hes doing fine

my 6 month old puppy has parvo and were paying like 2 thousand to heal him i hope he heals up good pray for my puppy hes a pitbull/rotwaller/bullmastiff hes awesome thanks alot

ok so the past 2 weeks i have been eating really healthy but i had whitecastle 2x…. and only lifted like 4 or 5 times im disgusted with myself motivate me
