Chest and Tirceps
October 31, 2006Today I worked out at the school gym between classes, which isn’t the best atmosphere but I had a personal best on incline bench so I guess it wasn’t a complete waste. Here is the workout.
Incline Dumbell Bench Press: 40’s-15, 60’s-10, 70,s-6, 80,s-6, 90,s-6, 100,s-6, 110,s-5, 115,s-3
Smith machine bench press: 135-15, 185-8, 225-8, 245-8, 265-7, 275-5
Low incline flyes: 30’s-15, 45’s-12, 50’s-9, 55’s-6, 60’s-4
Skull Crushers: 115-8, 125-6, 125-5, 115-6
Tricep pressdowns: 100-15, 120-15, 140-12, 160-10
One arm behind head extensions: 20-10, 25-12, 30-12, 35-12, 40-10
That was the workout… and it was pretty good, but I think I’m going to try to stick with my regular gym, the atmosphere at school really can’t compare.
