Taking It Slow!
Well, first I want to thank you guys for checking up on me with my current situation. I greatly appreciate it and you all mean the world to me! Thank you for being there for me to talk to! I went back to the doctor yesterday and she told me that I’m now able to lift and do some running, but I have to take it easy. I have to do very light lifting, which she stated meant lifting about 5 lbs to start off. She told me the pain that I’m having basically was going to be there for the rest of my life, but I know I can handle it now that I know what it is that is wrong. So, what does all this mean? It means, that I’m going to get my but in the best shape I’ve ever been in! However, I’m going to re-do my whole work out plan. I’m going to do more core work and back work along with cardio. That doesn’t mean I’m going to neglect my other muscles, just means I have to work harder at strengthening my core and back. Wish me luck and keep me motivated
