Critique my diet please need more cut faster. This is what eat on a daily basis. HELP!!!11
1. 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites, bacon and wheat toast
2. shake
3. chicken breast 8-10 oz green beans/corn mix brown rice
4. shake
5. chicken breast 8-10 oz green beans/corn mix no rice
6. package of raw tuna
7 shake.
etc….. mix nuts if i get hungry late at night.
please help me cause i need to cut faster

Hi there!!! Meal 1…drop the bacon..unless it’s turkey bacon. 1 whole egg and 5 egg whites…I’d switch to oatmeal…bread is the devil..lol..unless it’s ezekiel!
On ur veggies…make sure they are fresh or frozen..stay away from canned veggies..too much sodium.
What type of protein powder are u using..PLz don’t say Muscle Milk!! I luv that stuff to but it’s not for some one trying to drop BF…switch to one high in protein and low in carbs/fat/sugar.
I use Vyotech’s goat whey. You could also add a meal in place of one of ur shake meals…like meal 7 a lean protein w/ veggies would be good and u probably wouldn’t need the snack later at night.
Careful on the nuts…good fats but you need to measure your servings..also they should be raw nuts…No planters…too high in sodium.
You didn’t put ur water intake in. Not sure where you are at in inatke amt…but try to work ur way up to atleast 1/2 gallon..that will help w/ keeping you full.
Also….if ur not regular (taking dumps!) you need to work on that…alot of ppl are holding weight b/c they are dehydrated and constipated. Get your veggies in so your moving reguarly…Sorry, but it plays a role in this!! I didn’t see fruit…your not prep’n for a show so apples and citrus won’t hurt…watch the bananas and grapes..it those early in the day.
One cheat meal a week is good to break things up and to prevent all out binges.
Just try a few things…this has worked best for me..everyone is different so ur just going to have to experiment to see what works best for your system.
