ahhh eating healthy, well i am finding my fight with my fat is a loosing one at the moment. that fat where my lower abs would be is geting bigger and tubbier by the day. How do i stop this? i know how to stop it LIFT HEAVY, EAT HEALTHY. so why is it i cant to do this, its a matter of self control so its time for me to grab this by the horns and wrestle it till it is gone.

well today marks the 2 week mark of my fat loss process. Over the last 14 days i have jogged for 25 - 30 minutes for 12 of the 14 days. after these initial stages it doesn’t feel like an effort to just get up and go for the jog. However im not noticing any results two weeks into it i didn’t expect any but i can feel myself getting faster and fitter so im presuming that i am loosing weight. Its difficult to weigh myself conventionally because while doing all this im also at the gym 4 days a week.
