Day before the Arnold Classic
Hello my fellow bodyspacers! It is Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008, the day before the Arnold Classic in Columbus, OH. I am really excited about being able to attend for the first time. Looks like it is going to be an exciting weekend and I look forward to meeting some of you there. Looking forward to meeting up with Jeff (http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/jackedinMI/) for an awesome workout Saturday morning at Gold’s Gym. I will have my laptop with me and be updating the blog each night so check back for the latest and greatest!

Bobby,
I have truly never experienced an overall sore physique before. And it feels awesome!!! My quads, low back, upper back and chest are all smoked today. If I can just get my biceps and lats to feel the same way
I’m glad my wife’s car also has heated seats to keep my muscles from seriously tensing up during our 2 hour trip to the in-laws today while keeping the protein level up.
Again, I had an awesome weekend at the Arnold with you and Queeny — L!
I’m looking forward to the next Arnold and any other opportunity to train or just hang out with you!
