Friday, August 31st, 2007I am so stressed right now it is not even funny. I am sticking to my guns as far as strict diet and cardio goes. I feel like I have no energy to lift though. No motivation. This is exactly why I added the carbs and cut down on the cardio before the last contest. The bad thing is that I feel like the loose skin or fat or whatever it is around my mid section is not going away. I have lost 4 1/2 pounds over the last 3 weeks and the mirror is showing me nothing. Am I burning muscle?
