I’m now starting to get more cut,I’ll put more photo’s on as soon as I have time. I’ve stopped drinking and am eating as healthy as I possibly can. I want to lose almost all the fat of my stomach, which isn’t  that much, and just maintain the amount if muscle I have on the rest of my body.

My cardio is slowly improving, I done a six mile cross country race on Friday and it went ok, I’ve just finished a five miler and feel pretty good. I’m now going to do five miles three times a week until springtime. Which is when I want to be looking as good as I can. I’ve got about 6weeks left so it’s within my reach. Fingers crossed I’ll do it. We’ll see anyway.

Finally the post new year gym crowd is starting to thin out. Its getting back to mostly people who are actually serious about training again. This pleases me to no end as now I have room to move when I’m working out, therefore I can concentrate on my own training and am much more motivated now than I was at the start of the year.

Now I’ve got my motivation back I can focus on getting adequate rest everynight, eating the right foods and training properly. Hopefully I’ll be looking more cut than ever this year. I’m not too worried about size at the moment I just wanna lose most of my bodyfat and look awesome by springtime. So lets do it! Keep the cardio up, eat right and train hard.

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but I assume they do. A few days ago I had been planning and looking forward to my first wieght session since the new year. Only to find that when I got to the gym it was jam packed, this didn’t anger me too much seeing as I respect people working out. However most of the equipment that I needed to use had people on it who were’nt really doing anything and didn’t have a clue about the gym whatsoever. This pissed me off seeing as I couldn’t get the workout done that I had planned and therefore had to do mostly dumbell work apposed to the bench pressing exercises I had hoped to be doing.
