Sunday, February 3rd, 2008I’m now starting to get more cut,I’ll put more photo’s on as soon as I have time. I’ve stopped drinking and am eating as healthy as I possibly can. I want to lose almost all the fat of my stomach, which isn’t that much, and just maintain the amount if muscle I have on the rest of my body.
My cardio is slowly improving, I done a six mile cross country race on Friday and it went ok, I’ve just finished a five miler and feel pretty good. I’m now going to do five miles three times a week until springtime. Which is when I want to be looking as good as I can. I’ve got about 6weeks left so it’s within my reach. Fingers crossed I’ll do it. We’ll see anyway.
