Finally the post new year gym crowd is starting to thin out. Its getting back to mostly people who are actually serious about training again. This pleases me to no end as now I have room to move when I’m working out, therefore I can concentrate on my own training and am much more motivated now than I was at the start of the year.
Now I’ve got my motivation back I can focus on getting adequate rest everynight, eating the right foods and training properly. Hopefully I’ll be looking more cut than ever this year. I’m not too worried about size at the moment I just wanna lose most of my bodyfat and look awesome by springtime. So lets do it! Keep the cardio up, eat right and train hard.
