INPUT…WANTED!
June 2, 2008So to make this first entry short and sweet…
I started very lean (hardly any muscle) through clean eating & cardio and loved how wonderful I felt, but became tired of being weak(strength-wise) along with my thinness. I’ve struggled since then on my journey of trying to put on muscle, eat super clean and remain lean. In other words I’M ALL OVER THE PLACE! So I would love to get some great feedback on how to remain non-bulky, while having lean muscle and maintaining a good diet! Everyone on this site is an inspiration to me so any input would help a ton guys!
