BUMMER! supplements arrived but…

I was quite happy when i received a phone call telling my order is already here! but the guy just gave me a awfull news: i had to pay additional 100 euros fro taxes.

what the fuking fuk? 100 euros? X___X above the 160 i already payed (including shipping).. its kinda too much isnt it? :S

Insight

Before we start all the things i have planed, let me introduce myself. Im from portugal and corrently practising kickboxing. From quite time ago i decided to join this community, becouse there’s no other place where i can get the motivation, guidance and knowlodge i need to emprove my healthy and to make change in my lifestyle and to transform my body.

i started my "bodytransformation" in last jully. it was all going allright until in october i entered to university and was presented with a weird lifestyle: it was all about late nights, drinking and a very bad bad bad BAD nutrition! All my gain till october just faded away! In short time i become very "gelly" and lost mass and i was out of shape.

It lasted till last month when i really decied to cut all that bad habbits and restart all things i had planed before. my main goal still to hit 70kg with 7-10% of body fat. corrently im weighting 79kg with 18% of bodyfat. i started my good nutrition and good weightlifting at february 1st. and my goal is to get in june with a better shap and closer to my MAIN goal.

corrently for weightlift i hit the gym 3x a week at Monday, Wednesday and friday. my seassions last around 1 hour: start with a wurm up machine runnig for 15 mins. then i rest for 3/5 mins. drink a little water and start  my weight training (Rippetoes’ SS program). then ill end my sessions with another 10 mins soft run and then strentching of full body (mainly the muscles i used).

At tuesday and Saturday i have kickboxing lessions that last for 1h and 30 mins. its a pretty intence cardio!

I will be using this blog to update all my body stats and report everything, at least weekly (best case scenario, every weightliftday)!.
