I didn't workout this morning, i got a lot of sleep,felt really good most of the day. Around 5pm i had a slight headache,and my body felt really hot. I didn't lift any weights today, did 30 min of cardio. My diet consisted of
BREAKFAST : Grilled chicken,with long grain rice and green beans,
SNACK : 1 Apple,1 Banana.
LUNCH: Grilled chicken,with long grain rice and green beans,
SNACK: 1 orange,1 banana.
DINNER : Roast and mixed vegatables.
SNACK: mixed nuts & protein shake.
