Have you guys/gals seen the new Quizno’s commercial advertising the Flatbread Sammies?
This commercial is great… describes how I feel when dieting!! haha.

Notice I said "when", yeah.. that’s right… still can’t get my butt in gear on the whole being strict with diet thing, workouts have been pretty sad too- time to make it a priority again, that is after Turkey Day ofcourse!!!!

Hee, I think that commercial is hilarious - and yes, that’s definitely how I feel when my friends indulge in fries or mexican food… have a great Thanksgiving

My Turkey Day race went ok I ended up bumping into old highschool teammates and basically did a fun run with them, bumping into other highschool friends along the way. We did the 4.748 mile in under 60minutes. Then I did an additional half mile as a cool down and to meet up with my ride. I wish I did run it as a race but it was great to see old friends. I hope your T-day went well. I am about to start some kick butt workouts next week. Hope you will do the same! Take care.
