End of the week - Review
I had a great week, I didn’t miss/skip any workout or cardio! I feel very good about that and might I say mighty accomplished!!

This morning was nice, I did abs (no weighted ones so I got to stay home!) & I did my 6.11 mile rolling phase and 716 cals I think on the elliptical. So glad I bought one years ago
It is Friday and Gorgeous out, the rain only happened at night! The day also is going smoothly, besides me forgetting my multivitamin and cans of tuna today!
Plan for tonight & the weekend: Relax, tomorrow morn HIIT cardio - weights and then teach BodyAttack…. then Relax the rest of the weekend. Sunday is my completely OFF day!!! Back at it on Monday which happens to be October 1st?!! Can you believe it… Where does time go??
