Motivational Monday

Let’s recap my weekend!  Friday I didn’t do more cardio.. I did just relax.  Saturday was a nice day off, Sunday I did 40 mins cardio on the elliptical wearing the lovely sauna suit then worked Shoulders/tanned.  This morning b4 work, I trained LEGS (not my favorite at all but ever so important), did 15 mins on the stair stepper.   Plan of Attack: Examine and hone in on my diet much much closer and make sure I do 6 miles a day, split morning and night.  I have to get my fluctuating weight & BF under control once and for all!!  I will be doing more cardio tonight, yippie!!!!!!  Ahhhhhh, it’ll ALL be worth it & I WILL be ready!!
