TGIF!!!!!!!!
Okay so I’m not great at keeping this thing updated with all the specifics so I’ll just keep it general.
Wednesday I took off from the Gym, didn’t want to but such is life… had some other things to do.
Thursday I taught RPM so that was 45 mins of cardio, then I worked Chest- felt great! Tanning to top it off. Diet was great.
Friday (Today!) I went to the gym this morning and worked Back and Triceps then did 50 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, Interval style. Man, I really love having an Ipod.
Tonight I plan on washing and cleaning out my car and relaxing and possibly more cardio later if it fits in. I guess that’s not relaxing huh? Anyway, I feel so pumped and good about how I am progressing. Sometimes I freak 5 weeks is so close, yet there is still so much time to prepare! I feel I will be as ready as I can be for my comp. Here’s to hoping all goes well!
Oh I added San V12 into the mix this week and I really feel it start working throughout my workout or just when I need it, gives me an added boost! I like it
