Questions ???
It has been a bit, so an update was needed!! I just added more photos, please check them out and comment, be honest!!!!!
I’m definitely one to know that change takes time, but…
- Just how long before I start seeing some fabulous results? (I figure 12 week minimum to condition my body and make gains….)
- What does it take to drop the Body Fat? Again, how long for that - or is that more in a “cutting” process?? (I had a decrease in BF and increase in weight, then my weight decreased and BF went up? I know NOT to concentrate on #’s sooo much…. but I feel like I won’t SEE what I want Unless I shed the BF!?)
- To speed the process but Not too much, what is best for lifting? Heavy with less reps, then drop the weight 40 % and push out what I can??
- What do you think so far I need to change, diet or exercise wise OR continue with what I’m doing and we’ll see…??

You look lean and healthy. I think you could definately do a competition. Just keep lifting and add some more muscle. As for your questions. It’s hard to say, everyone is different. The same goes with should you lift heavy and do low reps, or go lighter and do more reps. Heavy with low reps, 7-10, and four sets works well for me. It also took me 6 weeks before I thought I made some awesome progress. I write everything I do with diet and exercise down, so I can keep track of what works and what doesn’t. Good luck
