It has been a bit, so an update was needed!! I just added more photos, please check them out and comment, be honest!!!!!
I’m definitely one to know that change takes time, but…
- Just how long before I start seeing some fabulous results? (I figure 12 week minimum to condition my body and make gains….)
- What does it take to drop the Body Fat? Again, how long for that - or is that more in a “cutting” process?? (I had a decrease in BF and increase in weight, then my weight decreased and BF went up? I know NOT to concentrate on #’s sooo much…. but I feel like I won’t SEE what I want Unless I shed the BF!?)
- To speed the process but Not too much, what is best for lifting? Heavy with less reps, then drop the weight 40 % and push out what I can??
- What do you think so far I need to change, diet or exercise wise OR continue with what I’m doing and we’ll see…??

So I left work and was headed to the gym when I ran into a snow drift! My car couldn’t hang on and veered off the side of the road - I was stuck - Luckily nice strangers helped me out… there were others this happened to so they were right there and I was next in line. Haha! I was like "un f*n believable", just wanting to go home as my toes were frozen - but I didn’t!!! Infact, that’s twice in the gym today as I made my way to the one at work on my ‘lunch’. I’m very proud I have to say - Ain’t nothing gonna hold me down!!

Meal # 1
- 4 egg whites, 3 oz 93% lean meat, 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 super pak, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40’s, 2 lean out
Meal # 2
- 2 scoops Muscle Provider & 4 Strawberries
- 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40’s, 2 lean out, 3 7-Keto
Meal # 3
- 6 oz. Chicken or Tuna, 1/2 cup brown rice (or sweet potato), Salad Low Cal dressing
- 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40’s, 2 lean out
Meal # 4
Meal # 5
- 6 oz. chicken or 93% lean beef, 2 cups vegetables
- 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40’s, 2 lean out
I’ll have bananas a few times a week.
Sometimes instead of oatmeal with Meal # 1, I’ll have 1/2 grapefruit.

Just briefly looking over this site, it looks like I have a lot of work ahead of me!! I already knew that but you know, you all look absolutely great and are such an inspiration to me… please if you have an advice, i’d appreciate you sharing with me! I’ll update more on my profile soon….. In the meantime I’d like to discuss something:
- Have any supplements made you feel sick to your stomach? Which and any reason Why?
- And is it okay to take medication (antibiotics) or aspirin the same time as them?
The reason I’m asking is because I started taking some in Nov and stopped cause I got real bad pain and I thought it was from a combo of meds… but I’m not on them anymore and I’m feeling it again- already!! WT-? Opinions, Ideas, Suggestions???
