How to cut and keep weight or still gain?

If anyone has any advice for me on this I’d appreciate the help.  Basically I have a really hard time gaining weight so I avoid "all" cardio.  The only cardio I get in the gym is if I maybe give myself less rest between sets.  I’ve already got a low bodyfat, but for some reason I’m not seeing the "cuts" in my muscle.  Any advice on how I should change how I’m lifting?  If someone can tell me that doing a little cardio each week will help but not affect my weight in a negative way I’d maybe pick up some cardio a few days a week.  I’m confused on how I should approach this.  Any takers on giving some advice?

Still working 45-50 hours a week and doing classes.  Semester is done in 2 weeks so I should be able to go from 2-3 days a week in the gym to 4 days a week with a more concrete routine.  Looking for some big gains this summer.
