How to cut and keep weight or still gain?
May 17, 2007If anyone has any advice for me on this I’d appreciate the help. Basically I have a really hard time gaining weight so I avoid "all" cardio. The only cardio I get in the gym is if I maybe give myself less rest between sets. I’ve already got a low bodyfat, but for some reason I’m not seeing the "cuts" in my muscle. Any advice on how I should change how I’m lifting? If someone can tell me that doing a little cardio each week will help but not affect my weight in a negative way I’d maybe pick up some cardio a few days a week. I’m confused on how I should approach this. Any takers on giving some advice?
