hanging in there

I have had a hard 2 weeks I hurt my back agin and was not able 2 workout hard. then i have had a lot of stress with my life I also got roped into coaching softball for the school that my kid plays for. I dont know why I said yes I love the kids I just dont need the added stress> it will all work out for the best> I was able to get back on track this week I had a great workout today chess day is my fav!!! I will be back at if I can keep my back in shape.

well I have not blog for some days now. I have had some trouble satying focused some times life can throw us curve balls but i am staying possitive. I would like to thank the bodyspace freinds that have made me feel better. I am going to step up my workout next week and see how I feel trying to incress. with the new diet and workout i am starting to do better.I hope every one has a greatw/e ttyl
