I have had a hard 2 weeks I hurt my back agin and was not able 2 workout hard. then i have had a lot of stress with my life I also got roped into coaching softball for the school that my kid plays for. I dont know why I said yes I love the kids I just dont need the added stress> it will all work out for the best> I was able to get back on track this week I had a great workout today chess day is my fav!!! I will be back at if I can keep my back in shape.

well I have not blog for some days now. I have had some trouble satying focused some times life can throw us curve balls but i am staying possitive. I would like to thank the bodyspace freinds that have made me feel better. I am going to step up my workout next week and see how I feel trying to incress. with the new diet and workout i am starting to do better.I hope every one has a greatw/e ttyl

well i hpoe everyone is haveing a great week today was bi-back i was able 2 hit it hard today mon tues are the best days for my work out the rest of the week is hard on the back.

today was leg day but my back took a shit this morning I am now trying to get felling a bit better so i can do my work out i have the mind just not the body to go full steam. i hope every one has a good day

Hi all well i have had a bad week so far my weight is up and down I have not change anything but it just wont stabilize. well if anyone can help me for morle support I would appreicate it.
