					<description>Yeah Brandi, just keep from smoking.  I quit about 5 years ago when my nephew was born.  Woke up and decided I was done and never smoked a cigarette again.

Since I did quit, whenever I first think I can't do something, I just remind myself that I quit smoking.  I will tell you from experience that things are going to get worse before they get better.

In about another week your lungs are going to realize that you are no longer smoking and will start to try and clean all the crud out.  You're going to start coughing stuff up and feel like crap.  Doing cardio will help your lungs get the stuff out.  Breathing in steam will make things better temporarily.  But smoking another cigarette will make you feel all better.  But you'll have to start all over again.

Stay strong and thing long term benefits, not short term.  If you ever need any support or just someone to scream at let me know.
