Ab Ripper X part2
Sunday, April 19th, 2009I’ve manged to do this ab workout 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks. I’m able to do the first 4 exercises now without taking a break. The first time I did it I couldn’t get past the 2nd exercise without breaking. I must have very limited flexibility because I’m having trouble keeping my legs straight in the air for a couple of the other exercises. I don’t think my abs look any better but they feel tighter. I also need to clean up my diet some more. Hopefully a few more weeks and they’ll start showing because I do plan on doing this for the full 3 months.
