Ab Ripper X
Tuesday, March 31st, 2009I got a copy of the P90X Ab Ripper X and figured I would give it a try for a while. I’m going to get the whole thing but I’m gonna start with the Ab Ripper. Needless to say it kicked my ass. I’d guess I was able to get a little more than half the reps in. It lasted about 16 minutes and had 11 exercises with each one having 25 reps. I’m hoping after a few weeks I’ll be able to do the whole thing and maybe I can find those last 4 pack I know is there but can’t see.
