Tuesday, June 17th, 2008Damn it’s been a month since my last post. Now that I don’t have a specific goal I’m reaching for I don’t think I have much to write about. My workouts are going good, still 3 days a week full body workouts. My arm is holding up pretty good but I think I’m stuck at curling 25 pounds on my left arm. I think that’s gonna be the max because whenever I try to go over that my bicep doesn’t feel right I don’t want anymore snapping.
I’m still running 3 days a week. My distance depends on the weather on the long days. If it gets too hot I knock it down a few miles. Tonight it was beautiful for a run. I did 5 miles and walked for a mile after that. A cool breeze outside and it reminds me of one of the reasons I love running outside when it’s nice out. Just relaxes me to no end after the run.
Now to set a new goal so I keep striving to get better. Can’t get stagnant.
