Quick Update
Tuesday, December 25th, 2007First off Merry Christmas. The workouts are starting to get better. I’m up to 3 days a week full body workouts each time. Still using light weights but there going up and reps are are still about 20 times. Still trying to run 3 times a week but sometimes I’m only making it on the weekends. Weight was 192 which was my goal but it went back to 197 today after last night and today. I should get it back down in a few days. Abs are starting to show but not enough so I’ll shoot to lose another 5. Happy and Healthy New Year everyone!
