Sunday, September 30th, 2007Go to the doctor tomorrow and I’m hoping I can finally start lifting something besides light curls and wrist curls. It feels like I got soft all over. It’s been 2and 1/2 months all ready and I’m itching to get back. I’ve done more running in this time than ever before and I’ve managed to lose about 10 pounds. I’m hoping I can get a balance between the two because I’ve come to enjoy running. This past week I put in 2 miles and 7 hills on Tuesday and then 4 miles and 6 hills on Saturday and Sunday. I took the bike out on Thursday for about 8 miles and rehabbed at the PT on Monday and Wednesday.
It’s time.
