Doctor’s Visit
Thursday, July 26th, 2007Well it didn’t go as well as I hoped today. Doc says it’s a partial tear and all I can do is rest it for the next 4-6 weeks. No lifting no nothing in that time. After that heavy weights are gone forever. Best I can do is lift very light weights at high reps, like 40 reps per set. That and do the negative part of the rep 3 x as slow. Was gonna run tonight but I’m feeling a little bummed so I’m gonna skip it. BTW he also said no softball or golf for the same period. Softball season will be over by than and maybe I can get on the golf course for the end of the season. It is what it is!
