Week 2 reflection
Unfortunately I gained 0.2lbs… but I will have a better week this week… i feel like I am better prepared. My weight this week is 168.
Short term goal for the week: I will weigh 167 by next monday 9/8/08
Long term goal- I will weigh 140lbs by June 1.
Reasons for my long term goal:
1. I will look amazing for my friends wedding
2. I want to be a good role model for my patients when I get out of nursing school this may.
3. I don’t want to be one of those people being part of the obesity epidemic.
4. I want to have a healthy body to prevent heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
5. I want to feel good about how I look and feel.

i find it better to look at bf% rather than pure weight.. plus i actually gained weight first few weeks as my body stored more water and i started to eat healthy.. it took me about 4 weeks until any consistent BF% started to drop..
